Tuition & Enrolment

At Lucy Mai Dance Company, we believe in providing high-quality dance education within a supportive, inspiring and forward-thinking environment. We encourage dancers to explore a variety of styles and disciplines, helping them develop strong technique, confidence and a lifelong love of dance.

All tuition fees are charged per term and are displayed on our website as the base tuition fee. Fees are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable. Please note that online payment processing fees, including any applicable platform or payment provider charges, may also apply at the time of payment.

Enrolment & Invoicing

Families are asked to enrol in their chosen classes via Class Manager prior to the commencement of each term.

To ensure every dancer is placed in the most suitable class, invoices are generally issued during Week 2 once enrolments, trial classes and any timetable adjustments have been finalised. This process allows us to invoice accurately and ensures families are only charged for their confirmed enrolments.

Flexible Payment Plans

We understand that dance is an investment, which is why Lucy Mai Dance Company offers interest-free payment plans for eligible enrolments.

Payment plans are available based on the total value of your tuition invoice:

  • Invoices totalling $600 or more – Up to 2 instalments

  • Invoices totalling $800 or more – Up to 3 instalments

  • Invoices totalling $1,000 or more – Up to 4 or 6 instalments

Payment plans must be arranged prior to your invoice due date. If you would like to organise a payment plan, please contact our team before your invoice is due and we will be happy to discuss the option that best suits your family.

Multi-Class Discount

Dancers enrolled in four (4) or more weekly classes are eligible to receive a 20% Multi-Class Discount.

The discount:

  • Applies to eligible weekly class enrolments.

  • Is calculated and applied manually by LMDC prior to invoices being issued.

  • Will be clearly itemised on your invoice.

Additional Information

  • All tuition fees are charged per term.

  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST.

  • Trial classes and enrolment changes may be accommodated during Week 1, subject to availability.

  • Multi-class discounts are applied prior to invoices being issued and will not automatically appear during the enrolment process.

  • Private lessons are subject to teacher and studio availability.

  • Tuition fees are payable via the secure payment methods available through Class Manager.
